Humisevanportti 2 is in Viherlaakso, in the leafy and peaceful area. The two houses have 41 beautiful rental homes, from efficient studios and one-bedroom apartments to 3-bedroom apartments with a private sauna. Except for one studio, all homes have spacious, glazed balconies that open west and northwest to the evening sun.

The light-colored apartments are beautiful and timeless. The floors are light gray oak laminate and the walls are painted white. The kitchens have white cabinets and are equipped with a ceramic cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The bathroom walls and floor are tiled, and the washing machine has its own space.

The facilities of the house include functional common areas: a club room with terrace, a sauna, a laundry and drying room, and the storage units are located on the ground floor of the section B.
